Inspiring creativity, sparking insight, and helping people navigate change with curiosity, resilience, and purpose.
Whether leading a hands-on workshop or delivering a keynote, my goal is the same: to create experiences that help audiences think differently, communicate more effectively, and reconnect with the creativity and humanity that often get lost in busy professional and personal lives.
I speak from both lived experience and research. As an author, educator, and TEDx speaker, I’ve spent more than two decades exploring the connections between creativity, psychological safety, communication, emotional regulation, and human-centered learning. My sessions blend research-backed strategies with storytelling, humor, interactive activities, and practical tools that participants can immediately apply in their work and everyday lives.
From systems thinking and workplace culture to customer service, leadership, and well-being, my presentations are designed to be engaging, approachable, and deeply human—encouraging audiences not just to learn something new, but to see themselves and their potential differently.
