Jennifer Hopwood, Ed.D.

Dr. Jennifer Hopwood is an author, educator, TEDx speaker, and learning strategist whose work explores the intersection of creativity, neuroscience, communication, and well-being. With more than two decades of experience in education, training, and professional development, she designs programs, workshops, and publications that help people navigate change, foster resilience, and build more meaningful human connections.

Jennifer’s interest in creativity as a tool for resilience deepened during challenging periods in her own life and expanded through her observations of how people turned to everyday creative practices during the pandemic. That exploration evolved into a broader focus on psychological safety, emotional regulation, storytelling, systems thinking, and the ways small daily habits shape how we think, feel, learn, and connect.

Through her work in professional learning and higher education, Jennifer develops training initiatives, leadership programs, and educational experiences focused on creativity, communication, customer service, workplace culture, and human-centered learning. Her work reflects a belief that creativity is not reserved for artists, but is an essential part of resilience, growth, and everyday life.
