I speak from experience—both lived and researched. As a librarian, educator, and author, I’ve spent over two decades exploring how creativity and psychological safety can transform not just workplaces, but lives. My sessions are equal parts practical and heartfelt, blending research-backed strategies with personal stories, humor, and interactive tools.
